We ship all Items via FED EX  exclusively.

We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico ( For Cost ,See Checkout for all shipping costs )Packages going to Canada or overseas may impose brokerage and Duty Fees.( Not included in your final checkout price)

  At Egyptian Sheets Outlet most Items usually ship the next business day. Items usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Backorder Policy at Egyptian Sheets Outlet

  Egyptian Sheets Outlets purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged goods policy

  Please contact the package carrier ( FED EX ) and file a claim with the tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Egyptian Sheets Outlet is NOT responsible for damage during Shipping.

Return policy at Egyptian Sheets Outlet

  If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price ( Less Restocking Fee - see below ) and your original shipping and handling fees if applicable) As long as your bedding is in BRAND NEW REUSABLE CONDITION we can accept it back for a refund.

    We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt to issue a refund. Please make sure it is packaged up, just like you got it. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: Sheets, Duvets, Bed in a Bags, Down comforters, bed skirts, Towels, matress pads, pillow cases  and pillows for refund or credit.

    After we have reviewed your return, inspected it and approved It for a refund we will credit the approved refund ammount to the credit card used to purchase the item(s). Please make sure to include a copy of the packing slip or invoice.Please ship it back using a method that has a tracking number with delivery confirmation.You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

We DO NOT accept COD's of any kind.

 ******Please contact us regarding the reason for returning a product prior to doing so , DUE TO:

 A  $5.00 Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless there is a "defect" with the product. The $5.00 restocking fee will be waived if another replacement order has been placed.

The defect must be verified by our warehouse inspector before credit is given. Inspectors decision is final !

Damage of any kind is NOT considered a defect !
